Process Integration Engineer

The candidate will join CIS process development team. He work on process integration for new CIS process development.
 
Responsibilities:
Primary (70%):
1. Co-work with supplier foundry, Set up process flow
2. Check the lot results and find process issues
3. Solve process technique and reliability issues during development time
4. Improve yield
Secondary (30%):
1. Project management, complete process development and project delivery on schedule
 
Requirements:
Experience & Skill: 5 Years
1. More than 5 years experience for process integration
2. With reliability and yield improvement knowledge
3. With Handling the line issue capability
4. CMOS device or simulation knowledge is preferred.
